Our Story

Mr. Manoj Kumar Behera, a technocrat and an entrepreneur,  founded the Company with a vision to deliver best quality output in what we do. Mr. Manoj, after his Engineering Degree, had worked in reputed MNCs and had experience in very large scale projects in Alumina Refinery and Oil Exploration Industries for about sixteen years. As an employee, he had led several Green Field & Brownfield Projects, CAPEX & FIPs and Refinery Electrical O&M. As per his observation, although there are many players in the construction industries, but getting right quality has already been a challenging task for a client, the major reason being unavailability of right talent and leadership in their organizations.

He believes that through developing & nurturing right talent and exhibiting right leadership, an organization can be formed which can exceed market expectations of Quality, Safety, Cost and Time. With this belief the Company started its business operation with a target to accomplish an extended vision initially in Construction and soon in other verticals of business.

The Company was registered in 2018, but started its operation in 2021.
